Looking to rent out one of the bedrooms in my house. The room is furnished and as such cannot accommodate personal furniture. Unfurnishing can be arranged, but only after a trial period. The house is located in a private subdivision on Sumner Ave and is near the Rhett Avenue I-526 onramp as well as one of the bus routes. I work evenings therefore I am looking for someone who has a consistent out of the house M-F daytime work schedule (this is non-negotiable).
