A chill house to garden, game, and rejuvenate

3 bed 2 bath house- the main bedroom is across the hall from the bedroom you will be renting- and though I sleep in the mean bedroom, all my clothes are in my office (which has a private bathroom) That means that although the bathroom you use will be the guest bathroom, the shower and all the counter space (behind the mirror, and below the sink) are all yours.

I do occasionally move into my office to allow guests to stay in my bed. But will consult with you before doing so, not that it happens often anyway. And will also be willing to let your guests use my room on occasion.

I work food and beverage, meaning odd hours. Sometimes I'm up at 630 or 7, sometimes I'm sleeping until 11- I usually dont have an issue with noise while I'm sleeping or any other time as I listen to audio books a lot and have headphones in most of the time.

Looking for someone relaxed but reliable.

Thw house is currently having some repairs done in the kitchen ( a leak was just discovered snd now much of the under sink cabinets need to be ripped out and replaced.) Hopefully it'll be done by Oct 13th. But it may take a week longer
