Room for rent west Ashley

Hello we have a room in our house that we rent that is about to come available within the next month. It is a 2 bedroom house with 1 bath and has its own laundry room, a spacious kitchen, and two large common rooms. My Name is Nik and my fiancée is Carlee and we would be your roommates as well as our two dogs, two cats, and two geckos that stay in their terrarium. Our two dogs may be skittish to new people at first but they are so lovable and friendly once they warm up to you and the cats are friendly with everyone. Our dogs get Along very well with other dogs and cats if you have any as well. Our home is located a few blocks off Savannah highway in west Ashely and very close to the exit for 526 so quick access to get around Charleston. We have a complete 360 degree fenced in yard with tall black privacy fence and a moderate sized yard. Carlee and I both work evenings normally so typically unless we have the day off we are out of the house between 1pm-9pm. We would need roommates who are cannabis friendly as we are both users. Rent for the room would be 1200 a month and utilities fluctuate and are in the landlords name but never come to more then 150 a month, and our current internet plan is 130 a month for unlimited high speed internet which we can split.
