Great setup if you want a bedroom plus a personal office, den, storage or sitting room. Shared kitchen, living room, laundry, and driveway parking.

I’m in a quiet, safe part of Shadowmoss near the historic plantations — perfect for walking or biking.

Looking for one reliable tenant ideally. I’d consider a couple, a roommate, or a small, well-behaved pet for the right fit.
