Need a roommate immediately!!

If you're interested in looking the apartment up, it is called The Heyward in West Ashley!

Rent includes WiFi, water, and valet trash (NOT electric, usually that would be like an extra $40-$50 per person). There’s a 24/7 gym, recycling, a trail, a year-round pool, a dog park, and a small car wash station. Lots of community events and very friendly neighbors and staff! The apartment is hard floor and partially furnished except the bedrooms, which are also carpet. Each bathroom has both a showerhead and a tub.

My apartment is located on the first floor, and there’s a large patio. Smoking is not permitted here.

1 dog or 1 cat of any size is welcome (there is a pet fee of $20 per month).

My lease will last until Feb 2027. Hoping to have a long-term roommate but less than 12 months is okay!

About me: I am a 25 y/o female currently attending the College of Charleston pursuing a masters. Most of the time, I will be at school or at work: I keep to myself and like to play video games for the most part! I have a small 9 month-old cat. She seems to really like small-medium dogs, and she’s overall very friendly.
