Studio/1st floor bedroom

We’re currently looking for a roommate to share a house in the Summerville/Ladson area. Rent is $1600/month for the large room on the first floor and $1400/month for the smaller room on the 3rd floor. (utilities are included in rent pricing). Initial deposit is the first month’s rent in full.

The first floor room has its own half bathroom you’d just be sharing the shower with whoever rents the other small room.

You’d be living with myself and 2 others in a pretty relaxed, creative household. The home has hardwood floors, parking available, and a fully furnished kitchen and living room, you’d just need to furnish your own bedroom.

A little about us: we’re all gamers/streamers/content creators, so the house can get a little noisy during the day or evenings depending on schedules, streams, or game nights. We try to stay communicative and respectful about noise levels and everyone’s routines, and overall the vibe is pretty open, chill, and welcoming.

We do have a small dog already in the home. We’d prefer not to add more pets, but if your pet is well-behaved and gets along with everyone, we’re open to discussing it!
