Hi there! I’m a 52 year old female seeking a female roommate. My house is a nice 3 bedroom and 2 full baths home and is just over 2000 sq. feet. I also have a 24 foot swimming pool! I live alone in the house with my 4 year old doggy girl who is medium sized and very sweet. I am retired and home most of the time and am pretty quiet and keep to myself. I also love to cook (and i don't suck lol) and you will likely benefit from that if you choose. I am also very kind and friendly. My street is very quiet, safe, and somewhat out in the country but still close enough to conveniences. There is also an extra dedicated parking spot right in my driveway close to the house. There is a full bath right outside the door of the room I’m renting out and it will be 99% private for your use (I may use it in a rare occasion if I don’t think I will make it to my own bathroom lol – getting old is brutal lol). There is also a good sized closet in the room. And large windows that provide a nice view of the pool in the back yard! A ceiling fan is also in the room. Also in the room is an Armoire type cabinet that can be used as a dresser if you need or i can remove it if you don't. I don't mind if you are a cigarette smoker (as I am too) but there is absolutely no smoking anywhere inside the home. I smoke on the back screened in porch only.
