My two roommates and I have an opening in our four-bedroom, three-bathroom house, beginning January 2021. The available bedroom is on the upper level and shares a bathroom with one other very neat person.

All three occupants are 30-year-old male working professionals with a high sense of responsibility.

The home is in a quiet community with ample street parking just five minutes from Downtown Willow Glen. It's very modern, built in 2003, and is fully furnished outside of the available bedroom. It also has a washer and dryer so no more trips to the laundromat. It is a single-family home that is built like a townhouse, with no shared walls, and a lovely front patio perfect for a summer bbq.

Rent is $1,100 plus utilities shared evenly four ways. Ideally seeking a responsible, similarly-aged roommate with common interests. No preference if male or female. Sorry, no pets.
