$1300 (single occupancy) or $1600 (double occupancy) monthly rent includes utilities, including a $1300 or $1600 deposit includes the whole shebang - 1/3 of mortgage, bedroom & half bathroom. Utilities include PG&E (house has Central AC/Heating), water, high speed Internet (Xfinity), cable (DirectTv with DVR & premium channels, Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max, etc), huge backyard, shared garage storage space, designated driveway parking spots, and a sweet house! Month to month lease due by the 1st every month. This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house.
