My ex-wife and I will have a room available starting July 1st. We are pretty mellow people, but we do have some rules that need to be followed. The rent is $1,000 a month and do on the 1st. No pets allowed besides the two cats we already have. Overnight guests are sometimes welcome. No drugs no alcohol. Minimum 6 month lease to start.
