We have a large (180 SF), private, sunny, and fully furnished bedroom with a nice queen size bed, two large closets, night stand, chest, large desk and chair available to rent in a 3 Bedroom/2 bath house in Sunnyvale. The neighborhood is very nice, safe and quiet, within minutes drive to Sunnyvale downtown, Caltrain station, Apple headquarter, and 10 minutes drive to downtown Mountain View, Google headquarter and many other tech companies.

The large bathroom is almost private as the renter will share the bathroom with another person who uses the bathroom infrequently. The renter has light kitchen privilege with shared use of a fridge. The renter has 800 mps high speed internet access and can use washer, dryer, and backyard. The bedding and towels are also provided if desired.

The rent is $1199/month including all utilities. The security deposit is one month’s rent. Minimum three month lease.

We are very friendly, nice, quiet, and have good hygiene practice. We want the renter to not smoke, have no pet or overnight guest and be consciousness about COVID-19 and try to maintain good hygiene practice.
