We are looking for someone who is respectful and mindful of where they live, and someone who cleans up after themselves. Minimal is good since there is no storage space outside of the bedroom. Please have at least 2-3 references.

I have two very friendly indoor only cats. It is very important that they stay inside the house and that the floors are kept clean. We have a weekly rotating cleaning schedule that everyone is required to participate in.

Rent is $900 per month which includes ALL utilities:
-Comcast high speed internet.
-PG&E (gas and electric).
-Sunnyvale City Services (Water / Sewage / Garbage).
Deposit is $600. Deposit + 1st month rent are due before receiving the key.
Shared bathroom with 2 other adults.

Other Information:
-Room has a closet.
-Wired and wireless high speed internet.
-Shared kitchen with your own personal cabinet space. Bring your own cookware and kitchen utensils.
-Shared refrigerator.
-Shared washer and dryer.
-No storage outside of the bedroom.
-Street parking available.
