Secluded Converted Living Room

SHORT VERSION: converted living room (tucked away, no one will bother you; secluded from any foot traffic), private fireplace, private door to the back yard, kitchen/storage space, and wide street parking right out front of our 4 bedroom, 2 bath Sunnyvale Eichler. 750 before utilities, 1 yr lease, security deposit due with first month, June 15th (ish) move in, (As soon as paperwork is signed, you can start moving in earlier.) Candidate must be clean, trustworthy, and reliable. Employer verification and a credit check will be needed. We're all non smokers and rarely drink. Not a party house. FREE INTERNET.

LONG VERSION:
Room with a fireplace, big windows, and a sliding door opening to the back yard, shared bathroom, Lots of storage space/ work space in common areas, plentiful cabinet and counter space in the kitchen, Weekly yard care service, Use of the fridge, oven, microwave, stovetop, blender, grill, washer, dryer, easy parking always right out front (separated from traffic by bike lane), car washing stuff, space to garden etc., fully fenced in front and back yards make the place feel protected. We never have issues with crime or have packages stolen. You'd have 3 chill house mates who won't bother you:

I'm 23, the master tenant, and an aircraft technician up in SF. (I commute 35 miles every day if that's any indication how much I like it here). I like to fix cars, cook/grill, and ride motorcycles in my free time. Sometimes I'm loud working in the garage but not when it will bother anyone.

Josh is 28, he works for Google. He likes taking roadtrips in his free time and he's into cars like me. He's a quiet guy, fun to talk to, and nice to have around. He works crazy hours. He's usually home late, but he doesn't wake us up.

Marcellus is 25. He's a chill dude who is a Project Manager. He enjoys music and plays the guitar.

None of us smoke. Marcellus and Josh don't drink. I rarely drink. We're all respectful of each other's privacy and personal space. We like to keep the place clean but not obsessively so.

The utilities are PG&E, City of Sunnyvale Water, Garbage, Sewer, plan on an average of around 100 per month to be safe. The backyard is fun, it's got a ton of older growth foliage which makes it feel like a slice of the woods in the city. Great place to hang out. There's always something flowering in the front yard. We have a lot of resident wildlife which is fun to watch. Hummingbirds, Raccoons, Squirrels, Opossums, and the neighborhood cats. Pets will be CONSIDERED on a case by case basis. If you're the perfect candidate and you have a well behaved furry friend, we may be able to come up with something.

All the PARKS (Sunnyvale Community Center, Las Palmas, Tennis Courts, De Anza, Mango) RESTAURANTS (In-N-Out, Nom, Chipotle, Kabul's, Panera, Rokko, 5 Guys, Gumba's, Rubio's, Chick-fil-A, sweet green, and Falafel Stop to name just a few.) SHOPPING (Trader Joe's, Sprouts, C. J. Olson Cherries, everything in downtown, Safeway, Target, Orchard Supply, Etc.) NIGHTLIFE (Rooster T. Comedy Club, Murphy's Law, Pure, Vino Vino, Lucky Shot, Etc.) Easy entrance to all the major highways in the South Bay.

DOWNSIDES:
No A/C or very effective heat. We just open/close windows and place fans to control the temperature. No grass. Older house with some quirks.
