We have two rooms available for rent in our quiet family home, ideal for respectful and clean students.

Location:
Approximately 1 mile south of San Jose State University

Rent:
• Room 1: $975/month
• Room 2: $1000/month
• Utilities included (WiFi, electricity, water, trash)

Security Deposit:
• $700 for each room

What’s Included:
• Two private rooms available (can be rented together or individually)
• Shared bathroom
• Kitchen access (please clean up after yourself)
• Street parking only (no driveway parking, but street parking is usually available)
• No on-site laundry, but a laundromat is less than 0.25 miles away
• No pets (we already have three friendly cats in the home)

House Rules:
• No smoking
• No drugs
• No partying
• No overnight guests
• Seeking clean, quiet, and respectful students who will be considerate of the household
