We are a retired couple who lives on a quiet and peaceful neighborhood at The Ranch, a vibrant community up the hills of Silver Creek in South San Jose.

Our home is a two story Mediterranean house, 3100 square feet of living space, with five bedrooms and four full bathrooms.

Our large backyard has two gazebos filled with succulents. One can have a nice view of the city from there.

We have an available furnished master bedroom, queen size bed, own full bathroom with a private entrance. There two nightstands, a large dresser and a closet. Parking is not a problem.

The $2000 monthly rent includes all utilities and internet. We require a one month
rent and $1000 advance deposit.

We are looking for a clean, organized and reliable person. Single occupancy, no smoking, no pets, no overnight stays.
