Lease Takeover at Mansion Grove Apartments

Looking for someone(preferrably male) to take over my spot in a 2 bed / 2 bath unit at Mansion Grove. Move-in September 1, lease runs through the end of May.

The space
It's a private partitioned area in the living room of a 950 sq ft second-floor unit (layout link below). I've divided it off from the kitchen with a double-layer curtain setup, so it's genuinely closed off and not a token divider. The area is large, easily bigger than most bedrooms in the complex, and comes with its own sliding door to a private balcony that looks out over the lawn and trees. Full wall AC unit, recessed lighting, and a fireplace wall on one side.

Mansion Grove amenities: pools, gym, tennis and basketball courts, and the whole complex is heavily wooded and quiet

Roommates
Two guys, both 23, both working full-time. Clean, easygoing, and respectful of privacy. Low-drama household.

Location
Mansion Grove is in Santa Clara, close to Levi's Stadium and an easy drive to most of the South Bay tech offices. Grocery stores, gyms, and food are all within a few minutes.

Preference: Looking for a male roommate given the shared bathroom and open layout.
