The house is technically 2 BR/2 BA, but the master shower is out of service indefinitely (water drainage issue), so we’ll both be using the shower in the guest bathroom — effectively a 2 BR/1.5 BA setup.

The living room is furnished (I’ll provide a photo in the listing), and the home features a full, well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. Central AC, in-unit washer and dryer, and a gorgeous fenced backyard make it comfortable for both people and pets.

The property has access to high-speed internet, and I provide quality networking equipment for reliable performance. (Internet cost not included in rent.)

There’s a garage that I currently use for my car, but we can potentially negotiate usage. Street parking is abundant and safe. I’m in the master bedroom to give space for my dog, but open to discussion if someone prefers it.

There’s also a third bedroom / office space that can be shared or negotiated if you work from home or need extra room.

Utilities (power, water, trash) are not included with rent and average around $250 per month. The landlord covers the gardener.

The location is central and convenient: ~15 minutes to Nvidia, Apple, SJC, and downtown San Jose; ~5 minutes to Santana Row, Valley Fair, and SCU. Easy freeway access (101, 280, and 880 nearby) makes commuting straightforward.

My current roommate is moving out for grad-school in mid-December, so it will be just me and my dog, Enzo, in the home.

I’m a 24-year-old working in tech. I’m social but generally low-key, and I’d like a roommate I can get along with and have the occasional conversation or hangout with. I keep the place tidy without being obsessive about it.

My interests include hiking, working on my car, and following Formula 1. I have friends over from time to time, but nothing loud or disruptive.

Enzo is my 1-year-old, medium-sized dog (about 45 lbs). He’s energetic, extremely affectionate, and loves people and other dogs. He’s a sweetheart, just with a lot of excited wiggling. I’m not sure how he is with cats, but I imagine he’d adjust with a little time.
