Looking for a friendly, respectful roommate to rent TWO UNFURNISHED ROOMS in my home FOR SEPTEMBER MOVE-IN. Perfect if you need a bedroom AND a separate office, art / hobby studio, or walk-in closet setup. You'd be the only one renting these two rooms, so you get plenty of space and privacy.

ABOUT ME & THE VIBE AT HOME
You'll be sharing the house with me and my friendly and well-behaved dog, Maggi. We are a dog friendly and LGBTQ friendly house. I'm an artist who creates ceramics in the garage studio and works on floral and freelance projects outside the home. I also teach ceramics in the garage/studio. Open communication, cleanliness, and the occasional shared meal to connect is the culture here. I'm not looking for someone to fill rooms. I'm creating a home where we both feel comfortable, inspired and at peace.

Rent for 2 unfurnished rooms is $2500 (includes utilities)
