My housemate and I are looking for a girl to take over the master bedroom in our townhouse located in the Rivermark neighborhood of Santa Clara. Monthly rent is $1600, and utilities are split evenly between all three people.

The room is unfurnished, but the shared areas of the house are already furnished. The home has central AC/heating, in-unit washer and dryer, and plenty of street parking nearby.

A little about us: I’m in my mid-30s and work in corporate dining, on campus Monday through Friday. My housemate is in her mid-20s and is a lawyer who works from home.

We’re looking for someone who’s willing to sign a one-year lease starting in August. Since it’s a long commitment, we’d love to meet and chat to make sure we’re a good fit. We don’t usually have guests over and want the house to feel calm and relaxing.
