We exclusively rent to Santa Clara University students. To find our listing, please visit the University’s Non-Affiliated Housing portal and look for the ad that mentions we’re just a “6-minute walk” to campus. The SCU advertisement has lots of photos and information about the room and house.

The house has 3 bedrooms each with a private bath. The front two rooms are rented to students. The back 1/2 of the house is the “primary suite”. Residents share common areas such as the kitchen, living room, basement, laundry and all outside areas. The primary suite has a separate laundry room, we only use the shared laundry for large items.
