I am the homeowner and reside in one of the master bedrooms. I am prior Navy, 44, and after having worked at Kaiser for 13 years have gone back to school to attain a degree in business management. I am usually up between 0400 and 0600, in bed by 2100.

KITCHEN

Cooking is allowed. Be courteous, clean up after yourself, so as not to leave dishes in the sink; this way, others may also come into a clean kitchen to prepare their meals as well. I have placed three refrigerators in the Kitchen to be shared among four roommates. The three refrigerators allow for two people to share each fridge, and the third refrigerator is an extra fridge to accommodate any overflow of groceries. I provide the dish soap, sponges, and trash bags for the kitchen which are all kept beneath the sink.

I meal prep on Sunday mornings for the week, as does one of the other roommates. The other roommates rarely tend to cook.
