I have two private bedrooms available for rent in a 3-bedroom, 2-bath single-family home with a 2-car garage, located in a nice, quiet, and safe neighborhood in Santa Clara.
Details:
- Room 1: $985/month
- Room 2: $1,085/month (larger than Room 1)
Both rooms will share a bathroom.

Now only the larger room is available starting October 1st. The small room is rented

Preferences:
- Looking for a clean, respectful female tenant, either a working professional or full-time student.

Amenities:
- Full access to the living room and kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, etc.).
- Laundry in the garage.
- Near Apple campus and other major high-tech companies.
- Walking distance to Santa Clara University, Target, Sprouts, Smart & Final, and great restaurants.

Utilities:
- Water, electricity…., and monthly cleaning will be split among tenants.

Additional Info:
- Security deposit: 1 month's rent.
- Lease term: Month-to-month, but long-term tenants are preferred.
- Visitors allowed, provided there are no complaints from other tenants.
- Smoking and pets are not allowed.
- Plenty of street parking
