It will easily fit a queen bed, dresser, desk, nightstand and floor lamps. It has a private full bath with tub/shower next to it. Located on the border of Sunnyvale in Santa Clara. I have lived here several years and it's a fairly quiet area and a comfortable place to call home.

We share the entire unit except our bedrooms and baths. Short 5 step split level older condo, w/basic off -white walls and light brown/tan carpet. Nicely furnished throughout, not stuffy or fancy but is comfortable and laid back. New double pane windows throughout.
It's a small complex in a residential area. Major cross streets are El Camino Real/Lawrence Expressway on Halford Ave. Close to 280, 101, and bus line 22 on El Camino is 2 blocks. Utilities $70-90 for ea. per mo. $1000 deposit.

I'm looking for a clean person, non-smoker/ no pets/drugs/smoking of anything. Not a party atmosphere, but a comfortable place to call home.
I am a sociable, outgoing, practical and outdoorsy person. I work in the medical profession. Looking for one female only, with common sense as far as cleanliness i. e. cleaning after cooking, keeping shared spaces tidy; and being straight up/drama free to make things easy.
Fulltime- student or professional okay. Prefer a person that does not work from home. Mo. to mo. no lease required. 30 day notice to vacate. Looking to rent for 6 mos. minimum.
