I'm Juliette and I have a room available located in my beautiful drink/drug free home in downtown SJ. fully furnished with a twin captains bed, dresser, nightstand and good size closet. You would share a bathroom and two refrigerators with two others.

You have full house privileges and there is ample street parking.

This house has had every room freshly painted, with brand new washer/dryer, stove, microwave, dishwasher, sink, garbage disposal, and water softener!! There is force AC/Heat, large screen TV, front and back yard sitting/dining areas, outdoor heaters and BBQ.

About those who live here: I am a teacher (music & child development) I like to cook for myself and share with my house mates. I am a singer/songwriter, love to garden and to projects around the house. Gabriel works in finance and Sapphire works in tech. You would be sharing two bathrooms and two refrigerators with them who are both very tidy.
