I'm Juliette and I have two rooms available now in my beautiful drink/drug free home in downtown SJ where the room is fully furnished one with a twin captains bed, one with a double bed, both with a dresser and nightstand, desk and chair, and good size closet. You would share 2 bathrooms and 2 refrigerators with 2 others.

You have full house privileges and ample street parking.

This house has new washer/dryer, stove, dishwasher, sink, garbage disposal, and water softener!! There is force AC/Heat, large screen TV, front and back yard sitting/dining areas, outdoor heaters and BBQ. Fully stocked kitchen. wi-fi, washer/dryer, ample street parking.

About those who live here: I am a teacher (music & child development) I like to cook for myself and share with my house mates. I am a singer/songwriter, love to garden and to projects around the house. Gabriel works in finance, Paul works in Tech and is a polished musician.

You would be sharing two bathrooms and two refrigerators with the other two roommates, who are very tidy.

This house is drug/drink free living welcoming in professionals who can embrace this along with a few house rules. Must be an animal lover. If this sounds good to you, please give me as call, this is where we start.

Deposit is 1150 each room

and one time background check fee of 60 per person
