The apartment is Located next to Lawrence and close to El Camino Real, it has 2 (two) rooms, one bedroom is occupied, the other room is AVAILABLE (11ft x 10ft) to rent and has its own bathroom and closet (2ft x 6ft).

The complex has its own laundry area ($3 washing and drying) and parking lot. More details below:

ABOUT THE ROOM:
* Room ~110 square feet
* private bathroom: ~40 square feet, 1 sink, 1 toilet, shower tub
* closet with wooden closet organizer and mirror
* private patio

ABOUT THE HOUSE:
* total of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms
* common areas include kitchen, living room
* recessed lighting and hardwood floors in all common areas
* Laundry room in the complex
* kitchen with electric burners and stone counters

* The apartment is next to Lawrence expressway and Camino Real
*About 5-10 min. drive to Cupertino / Sunnyvale / Campbell / Santa Clara / Saratoga; 12 min. drive to Milpitas / Mountain View / North San Jose; 15 min. drive to Palo Alto / Fremont; 50 min. drive to San Francisco. Easy access to Highways 280, 101, 237 and 85 and Lawrence and San Tomas Expressways. Convenient commute to Apple Park Visitor Center, Google, Facebook, Kaiser

LOGISTICS:

* Month to Month: Minimum 1-month lease.
* Rent: $1000/month
*Utilities are not include but are roughly about $150 per month (electric bill and utilities) which is paid half and half between the new roommate and us
*First Deposit $500 will be returned to you when you move out likewise
*Wi-fi is around $40 per month. If you have your own wi fi is also ok with us
*There is a $25 application fee set by the building management.

HOW TO APPLY:
If you come and like the room and area, the application is through online. The manager complex will send you an e-mail with the steps to follow. I have to mention the management is very flexible, no too many requirements, no bullshit and no long waits for getting the room, it just takes one or two days. The info you will need is the following

*2 Last pay check stubs
