My roommate is moving out and I am looking to have someone take over his lease starting august 15th. The room is about 10x10 with a closet. Theres one covered parking spot and guest parking lot/street parking available. Additional Storage locker above the parking spot. Located right near the DMV in Santa Clara and with that a lot of restaurants/shops are walking distance. There is a pool at the apartment as well available for all residents and their guests.
The room will not be furnished, so you?ll need to bring your own bed and bedroom furniture.
I?m a male working professional that is working from home half the time these days, but I like to relax and watch tv, play video games, or do home workouts. friendly although I don't partake. No pets allowed :(. Utilities usually come out to $200 or so split in two. Deposit is one month rent. The lease will be month to month.
