House with a yard, patio, and garden

We are looking for a new house mate in Santa Clara. The place is a comfortable 3Bed/2Bath in a great neighborhood. Full kitchen, 2 sitting rooms, dining room, patio, yard, garage, washer/dryer. The bedroom is a spacious, 13 x 10. In the north corner of the house.

The monthy payment would be $1,250, and would include all utilities, cable/internet, lawn care, and a monthly cleaning service.

About the housemates... We are 2 male professionals in our mid 30s. Stay pretty focused on work during the week, but like to have fun on the weekends. Originally from the midwest, but have both been living in the bay area for a while now. One is in sales and the other in education. Both are fairly active playing sports, going to concerts, meeting friends, and generally exploring the bay area. We like to keep the place clean, especially in the common areas. We also have a cleaning lady that comes by once a month to help. We're looking for a like minded person to share the house with.

We just got a part time puppy but are not opposed to having other pets in the house.
