Hello! Our roommate finishes her residency program at the end of July and so we are looking to fill her room ASAP. We live in a gorgeous 1200 sq/ft apartment at the Lawrence Cal Train station. You will have your own bedroom w/ walk-in closet and a private bathroom. The apartment is furnished (minus the room available) and includes granite countertops and all new stainless steel appliances. The room is $1600 + utilities (around $75/month).
Move-in for August until end of our lease (Mid June 2021)!
About us:
My fiance (Patrick) and I have been together for 6 years and we have two wonderful cats named Armin and Moby. They are extremely friendly and lovable. Patrick is a software engineer and I am a Customer Success Manager. We are both working from home due to COVID. Pre COVID you could find us at the gym, raving/attending a festival, or adventuring somewhere new in our free time. We are a very clean and tidy couple.
Ideally looking for a kind, clean, and fun roommate. Our ideal roommate will be someone who we can be friends with and not just someone who leases a room from us. Please no pets of your own.
