2bd/2bth Apt near Santa Clara University

My name's Jack, I'm 22 and Software Engineer living in Santa Clara.

I'm currently living in a 1bed/1bath apt, but I'm looking for a roommate so I can move to a 2bd/bath apt in the same complex. Total rent would be about $3400/m, so it'd probably breakdown to $1900 for the master and $1500 for the non-master. My current power bill is about <$300/quarter, so for two people and split cost I'm guessing it should be about ~$50/m for power. Additional utilities are at flat rate for the whole complex and are about <$100/m for a 1bd apt, I'm guessing ~$150-200 for a 2bd.

Common areas are already mostly furnished (if you have furniture you'd like to bring we can talk tho). Kitchen is pretty much fully stocked with tools and utensils.

I have a lot of smart home stuff set up currently: lightbulbs, thermostat, vacuum. Everything is setup so that it works with Apple devices, but I've tested and it should be easy enough to set up with Android as well. WiFi is 1Gbps down (I consider this a personal expense, so don't worry about splitting this bill).
