The house was renovated about 6 years ago, the hot tub was purchased 2 years ago, and the game room was renovated in December 2023. Your bathroom is shared with a couple who are your roommates.

You will be sharing this three-bedroom house with four other tenants. They are quiet, friendly, clean, and easy to get along with. There will be two pets in the house: the property outdoor cat who comes and goes as she pleases and a cat belonging to one of the other tenants. We are friendly; just no smoking inside the house, outside only.

We have a new game room that features an 8 foot pool table, video games, poker table, fire pit, foosball table, arcade games, and more.

-Solar Panels (Makes PGE very low)

You will be responsible for 3 utility bills monthly which include the following:

*Utilities are generally very low, most expenses are covered by your rent.
