THE HOUSE
3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom shared by the three of us. Shared kitchen with gas range, living room, back deck, and a large backyard with lawn, citrus tree, and an outdoor gym (pull-up rig, rings, kettlebells). Lockable storage shed, laundry on site, and a private driveway parking spot for this room.

COST
$1,800/month + $200/month utilities. Deposit $1,800. 12-month lease. You'll be added to the lease with landlord approval (credit check and proof of income required).

ABOUT US
Two working professionals who keep a quiet, clean, respectful house. We're friendly but give each other space.

HOUSE RULES
Quiet hours 9pm–7am. No pets. No smoking indoors (outside is fine). Overnight guests a few nights a week are fine. Working from home is fine. Shared areas are cleaned on a rotation every 3 days, groceries are separate, and everyone chips in kitchen staples to share.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Someone tidy, considerate, easy to communicate with, and reliable with rent, who's looking for a 12-month stay.
