This is a 1666 square feet 3 bed 2.5 bath townhouse,
You will have a regular private room.
You have your private vanity and toilet in the half bath.
But you share the shower with the other person

Even though in the picture it is not furnished.
it is furnished with the minimum bed, desk, office chair,
lamp, 3 plastic drawers with wheels that can be used a dresser.

For students who need to go on intern, any temporary subtenant must deal directly with landlord.

Master room is occupied by 30 year old Software Engineer.
He has been there 2 years and just renewed for the third.

One regular room used to be occupied by a 48 year old Google Software Manager for 2 years and left in June.
His replacement is a fresh 22 year old graduate working as a Software
Engineer in the AI field.

The other available regular room is occupied by a 32 year old student
of OMD for 2 years. He is leaving at the end of Sept.

So new person will be taking over his room.
The housemates preference is for males. No couples.

I will show the place on Sunday Sept 27 when most people
are normally free.
