Hi everyone! 35/M looking for someone considerate and responsible to take on rent for the secondary bedroom at my 2B/2B apartment as a sublet. I currently live in the master bedroom.

Apartment Total size (1188 sq ft)/ 10th floor
You will get a private room (Roughly 13 x 11”) + private full bathroom
RENT: $1750 + Utilities (est. $150)
Rental Length: 6 months-1 year. Possibly longer term if its a good fit.
Move-In: May-June 2026.
In Unit Washer/Dryer.
Must be ok with street parking.
Pool/Gym access in community.

PETS: Must be ok living with a well behaved, super cute pitbull (Duska).
I will allow (1) additional well behaved dog or cat given they get along with Dusky-poo.

YOUR COOL NEW ROOMMATE: Male, 35, works from home. Respectful, easygoing, and clean. I enjoy spending time with my pup, being a gym rat, and learning about the investing/human psychology. I would consider myself introverted; I generally don’t have people over often but I’m cool with guests within reason.

Looking for someone who is likeminded: considerate and values a clean, calm home environment.

Our Shared Space + Amenities

Beautiful floor to ceiling windows throughout the apartment. Lots of natural light and an amazing view at night.

We are fully furnished!

Full Kitchen with all appliances (Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Electric Stove). Lots of kitchen space for cooking. I also have a dining table with two chairs.

Living Room with RoveLabs M1 Sofa, 77” OLED TV, Thick Comfy Rug. Feel free to hangout/doomscroll here.

Storage: I have some space in the closets throughout the apartment. Would prefer a roommate who doesn’t have a lot of stuff.

Community Amenities: Pool, Gym, Workspaces, Clubhouse for gatherings, BBQ + picnic areas, Firepit, dog area, free WiFI, etc.

Geography:

Our apartment sits in a quiet yet super‑central spot. 10-15 mins away from everything.
Groceries: Costco, Ranch 99, and H‑Mart.
Shopping: Valley Fair, Santana Row, and Great Mall.
Nightlife: Downtown SJ.
Travel: 5 min away from SJ International Airport.
