We're looking for a fourth housemate for the master bedroom in our townhome on Cahill Park.

The room:
Set up for both living and working from home. Thuma bed, dresser, and nightstand—simple, solid, well-designed. A 60-inch sit-stand desk with Herman Miller Aeron chair, ready for your monitors. If you're doing hybrid or remote work, you won't need to cobble together a workspace or destroy your back on a kitchen chair. Private bathroom with dual sinks. Faces the park, gets good light.

About the house:
Three-story townhome with an open layout. Big windows, comfortable living room, kitchen that actually gets used. In-unit laundry. There's a wall-mounted gymnastics ladder in the common area—sounds unusual, but it's great for pull-ups, stretching between calls, or just impressing your friends. The house has personality.

About us:
Three professionals, mid-20s to early 40s. Respectful of shared space and each other's time. Some nights the living room has people chatting; other nights everyone's doing their own thing. Easy, low-drama, genuinely friendly. We're looking for someone who wants to be part of a household, not just rent a room.

The location:
House faces Cahill Park—trees, grass, walking paths right outside. Diridon Station is a one-minute walk (Caltrain, VTA, Amtrak). Whole Foods around the corner. Downtown San Jose is 10 minutes on foot. Perfect for hybrid schedules—you've got a proper home office for WFH days and an easy commute when you need to go in.
