Hello! Currently seeking a room mate to fill a master bedroom and master bath in Blossom Hill area of San Jose.
We have a 2 bed 2 bath 900 sq foot condo with full kitchen usage, small outdoor patio, living area, AC/heating, and in unit washer/dryer. Your room comes with master closet, dedicated garage parking, and nearby dog park, pool/hot tub, walking distance to VTA. Garbage is included and utilities (PGE, water, internet) will be split evenly with existing room mate.

Currently the room is semi-furnished with a queen bed and box, desk, and chair. These items may be removed with new tenant request. Month to month lease or annual lease, open to flexibility. $1700 a month due on the first of the month. Room has a flexible move in date. Average utilities: $ ~140/monthly. The neighborhood is quiet, clean, peaceful with onsite security. Nearby is Safeway, 24 hr fitness, public library, VTA , Kaiser hospital with ER services, and many retail shops.

Ideally looking for: male, non-smoker, no pets, no regular over night guests, clean and respectful, considerate of others, working professional or student. Single occupancy only. Occasional, pre-communicated visitors are fine.
