Spacious, clean, great location

Looking to fill two rooms in large condo located just a few miles outside of downtown San Jose. A little about me: I am very clean, responsible, respectful, quiet, and take up minimal space. I do cook meal prep 2-3 times a week, so I do occupy the kitchen for between 2-3hrs during those 2-3 nights. The kitchen is large enough though to easily share cooking space with one other person during these nights. I run a photography business, so sometimes I have clients over and need to clear out space in the living room to get up a studio. I also play acoustic guitar and sing. I write as well, and it would be pretty cool to have a fellow artist(s) occupy this space with me.
One bedroom is 10x11.4ft with an extra 6x3.5ft space just inside entry and the closet is 5.2x2.2ft. The other bedroom is 10.2x11.6ft and the closet 4.6x4.7ft. The shared bathroom is 6.4x6ft.
If you have furniture it can be added to what is already shown in the living room. If interested in having own private bathroom and using the secondary room as an office or photography studio or other purpose, we may be able to work something out at a higher rate (roughly around $2400//month then). I have a desk currently in the living room area which can be moved to my bedroom if we decide it's in the way.
Occupants will sign onto lease that expires 10/2026 in order to keep everyone on the same page in terms of rules and responsibilities. In terms of house rules, the biggest will be tidiness, respect and consideration for other roommates, and shared chores/responsibilities. I will take care of hiring cleaners to come every four months (move out cleaning will be shared among all occupants).
