I am renting out the biggest room in my condo with its own full bathroom, queen-sized bedroom set with linens and all the other amenities available in the rest of the house i. e. full kitchen, 55' mounted TV in living room, washer/dryer in unit, designated parking, plenty of storage and a breezy patio under California redwood trees. It is comfortable living. I am a teacher and have a great group of friends and colleagues. I usually go out to hang out with my friends and rarely have guests over. I am looking for a housemate who appreciates privacy and downtime. Perfect for a professional who is moving to San Jose or someone who works from home as you would have the house to yourself during the day. No couples please. All utilities included except electricity. We will both be responsible for splitting the cost per usage.
