Master room available in a beautiful condo!

I am renting out the biggest room in my condo with its own full bathroom, queen-sized bedroom set with linens and all the other amenities available in the rest of the house i. e. full kitchen, 55' mounted TV in living room, washer/dryer in unit, designated parking, plenty of storage and a breezy patio under California redwood trees. It is comfortable living. I am a teacher and have a great group of friends and colleagues. I usually go out to hang out with my friends and rarely have guests over. I am looking for a housemate who appreciates privacy and downtime. Perfect for a professional who is moving to San Jose or someone who works from home as you would have the house to yourself during the day. No couples please. Must like cats! I have 2 very sweet cats at the condo. They don’t come in the master suite. All utilities included except electricity. We will both be responsible for splitting the cost per usage.
