The newly renovated, high-ceiling, loft-style apartment is equipped with all wood flooring (the only carpet in sight is the stairs), modern kitchen appliances, air-conditioning (A/C), and in-unit washing machine and dryer. The community features include a pool, gym, ping pong table, club room, and dedicated pet areas.

Lease: The room is available from the 1st of May 2022 inclusive. This is a 6-month lease ending on 26th November 2022, and renewal is dependent on everyone’s plans.

Area: The apartment is a 15 minute walk to San Jose Diridon train station, and a 15 minute walk to Safeway and Whole Foods. There is a park right across the street with a playground, soccer field and dog park.
