Hello, We are looking for a responsible roommate to rent a bedroom in our 2 bed/ 2 & 1/2 Bath Townhouse. We are a couple and live in one of the 2 bedrooms. You will have your own bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom is furnished (I can remove the bed if needed). There is parking within the Townhouse area and street parking. I will also give you the Parking Pass. We have a Washer and Dryer inside the house. Internet is available. A/C available. You will have full access to the Kitchen.
$1300 a month ALL utilities included. I will need a security Deposit. This is a Month to Month lease. If you would like to extend it just let me know.
* Very close to major freeways: 101, 880 and 680
* About a 5-min drive to Sprouts, Target, Costco, Ranch 99, Starbucks and many close-by plazas with a variety of restaurants and grocery stores.
No: drugs, smoking, guest/sleep over guests, partying, or pets. I want to be safe and make sure there are not People in and out of our house with this Covid-19 issue going on.
