The room has not been lived in for 6 weeks. Safe for Covid. Limited kitchen use for the first two weeks for quarantine. Will provide a fridge/microwave.

Beautiful pastoral views of horses, cows, and sheep. Nice and bright master room, lots of windows, with private entrance and private bathroom.
Shared utilities (reasonable). Half a mile from several park entrances to trails for biking, hiking, and horseback riding.

One person only. Possibly space for a horse at additional cost.

This is a clean quiet home with two mellow housemates. One cat and an Australian shepherd puppy already reside here, and one more dog would be welcome. Due to the current climate, we are working from home or are working on projects outdoors like tending to our recently planted vegetable garden! While we enjoy living in a shared space and the company of our housemates, we are very respectful of each other's personal space and mostly keep to ourselves. Happy to share meals and conversations from time to time.

We're looking to live with someone who is staying responsible during this time and who has an appreciation for a peaceful home atmosphere and the outdoors. This is an open-minded liberal household.
