Hello, We are looking for a responsible roommate to rent a bedroom in our 2bed/2 1/2 Bath Townhouse. You will have your own bathroom. The bedroom is furnished. You must be respectful, quiet and clean, like us. There is parking within the Townhouse area and street parking. We will also give you the Parking Pass. There is a Washer and Dryer inside our home. Internet is available. You will have full access to the Kitchen.
$1300 a month (All utilities are taken care of). We would need a security Deposit. This is a Month to Month lease.
The Townhouse is located near 880, 101, 680, Downtown San Jose.
No: drugs, smoking, guest/sleep over quests, partying, or pets.
