A guest room in a 3B/3B single family is available in a new, safe, quiet and luxurious community, in south San Jose, with easy access to highways 85, 87 and 101. Target, Safeway, Costco, cafes and restaurants within 7-8 mins walk.

The place is 10-minute walk from the Cottle Light Rail Station. You can search for it at the Map.

The room for rent can be furnished with a queen-size bed frame, a mattress, a store, and a floor lamp. However, they can be moved away if you prefer an unfurnished room.

The common area of the house is fully furnished. Washer and dryer are provided in the unit. A 4K UHD with HDR 55'' smart TV is available. Light/No cooking is preferred.

You will be able to enjoy the luxurious swimming pool with spa, gym, bike room, yoga room with basketball/tennis courts.

Rent is $1400 a month plus utilities (electricity, gas, water, WiFi, etc.; approx $100 per person) for month to month lease. A security deposition of $1500 is due at leasing signing.

- An overnight guest is limited to no more than one at a time and no more than 4-5 days/month (random guest is not allowed)

- No pets allowed.

Here is a little about me, your future housemate: I spend most of my time working in the office, Monday to Friday. I usually don?t have specific schedules during weekends. I may go hiking, swimming, traveling, or hang out with friends. I cook at home, then clean the house, and then relax at home with movies/music and wine/sake.
