Hi there, I have one bedroom for rent in a single family house. There is already some simple furniture in the bedrooms, e. g. bed, table, chair, floor lamp, etc. But I can move them out if you want to bring your own. There is also free dryer/washer/internet inside the house. The house is very close to Silver Creek High School (within walking distance) so you can Google where it is. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. There is also a garage in the house, and you will have one parking lot.

I'm the owner of this house. There are 3 rooms in total and I'm living in the master room myself. I have my own bathroom and I'm pretty far away from the other two rooms. I am a Chinese male software engineer. The other roommate(tenant) is a Canadian male software engineer. So the third room is currently for rent, and I expect no pets, no smoking, and the usual work/student schedule is preferred. The rental fee is $1000 per month, including ALL utilities(electricity, gas, water, internet, everything). The rental lease will be on a monthly basis, and there will be an one-month deposit fee when you first move in.
