I have a private big room for rent. It is well fit for up to 2 people.
- I have just remodeled the room, so it is very clean, new, cozy and be ready for you to move in at any time.
- Closet and private bathroom is inside, and private walkway with safety gate.
- There is a space for kitchen with cabinets and a sink for plates washing.
- House is in very good, quiet, and safe location. The neighbors are very friendly and polite.
- There are a lot of markets, grocery stores, 7-Eleven, restaurants, fast food, public libraries, churches, temples, elementary, middle, high school, and many more around house location. It is also convenient to enter freeway 101 and 87. Therefore, I can say it is very convenient location, and best place for living.
- ESPECIALLY: Close to San Jose State University and Evergreen Valley College, so it is ideally for students who are studying at these schools.
- FREE FREE FREE: Rent includes water, electric, garbage, high speed Comcast internet, and other utilities. You don't have to pay anything else rather than a rent.
- This is month to month rent. We are super easy, so you don't need to sign contract or required to live for how long. We don't check your background or anything. We trust you and you can leave as much long as you want.
