This listing is for two bedrooms to be rented separately by two differing people. I am willing to rent both rooms to one professional that would like to rent a room and possibly have an office space at home.

One room is $1,150 and the other room is $950. Both rooms are $2,100. Some utilities included. Rooms are in a 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment. The ideal tenant(s) will be responsible and tidy. The location includes a large kitchen and large living area. The onsite amenities include a swimming pool, terrace for entertaining and laundry on site. .

I don’t know the exact square footage of either room, but I am guessing the larger room is about 650 sq ft and the smaller room is 3/4 the size of the larger room. Both rooms have spacious closets, and the apartment has lots of extra space for storage in the hall cabinets and cupboards. There is covered garage parking as well.

The neighborhood is beautiful and very quiet. The residence is within walking distance of downtown Palo Alto, Downtown Menlo Park and Stanford Shopping Center. Stanford campus is just minutes away by transport. Both Menlo Park and Palo Alto Caltrain stations are nearby also in walking distance. Neighborhood has several parks and a great community center nearby.

The ideal tenant(s) will be quiet, respectful, very clean, no recreational drugs or heavy drinking in home, and not the type to come home under the influence. No pets, no drama and easy going is a must.

I am quiet and the space is big enough to feel like you live alone. Shared space is mainly kitchen, as I am rarely home and don’t use the living room very often. This rental requires the signing of a month-to-month lease, background check and deposit.
