House located in downtown near SJSU(20min-30min Walk/10min bike ride/3min drive)
Located in downtown near several bus lines.
Housemates composed of 1 De Anza Student, 1 SJSU student, and a couple of recent SJSU grads.

Requirements:
You're friendly and capable of living in a communal setting with 4 other housemates, meaning you're clean, considerate, cooperative, and can follow common-sense rules, e. g., washing your dishes as soon as you're done eating.
When lease is offered, you'll need to have ready:
- Verification that you're a full-time student.
- 1st Month's Rent
- Security Deposit = 1 month's rent.
- Proof of income(Financial Aid access or pay stubs)
- Time to Sit through a meeting of all house rules to ensure you are comfortable with them and agree to follow them.

If pictures are insufficient, in-person viewing is available with a 36-hour notice.
