Hello! I'm Sebastian. Two rooms are open in my renovated 3 bed / 2 bath home, available ASAP. Everyone goes on the lease, so I need people who can commit to a full 12-month term.

Two unfurnished bedrooms (~149 sq ft), each sharing a bathroom with one other roommate
$1,300/month per room
Utilities split evenly (Wi-Fi, PG&E, water, trash, sewer), roughly $150–190/person depending on usage

The place:
Santiago Villa, ~10-min walk to both Google and Microsoft (right between them)
Renovated with new flooring and paint, in-unit laundry, central AC, recently professionally cleaned
Landscaping and maintenance covered at no extra cost, plus carport and storage
Community amenities: pool, hot tub, fitness room, billiards, car wash station, BBQ/picnic areas, night security
Optional parking spot for $50/month, or guest/street parking nearby
Rooms are unfurnished, but I'm setting up the common areas now.

I found the place, signed the lease, put down the deposit, and covered first month, so it's move-in ready. You'd be added to the lease after a quick application and background check.

A bit about me and who I'm looking for:
I’m 21 and just graduated from Carnegie Mellon. I'm starting work as a software engineer in Mountain View. Outside work I'm into the gym, video games, and hanging with friends (pickup sports, food). Looking for roommates in their 20s, ideally in tech, who are clean, communicative, pay on time, don't smoke or party heavily at home, and are down to hang out but also value quiet nights and personal space.
