Master bedroom with private bath, female housemate

We have a room available in our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in Mountain View starting September 1, 2026, with flexibility for an earlier move-in with notice.

The available room is a large unfurnished master bedroom (15’4” x 13’8”) with a private attached bathroom and walk-in closet (5’ x 9’10”). Rent is $2,200/month plus utilities (~$200/month/person including internet) and biweekly cleaning for common areas ($120/month/person). Security deposit is $1,333.33.

Current housemates are two professional women in their 30s: a lawyer who enjoys D&D, anime, scuba diving, and biking, and a biomedical engineer who enjoys running, hiking, and arts & crafts. Both are fully vaccinated.

The single-story 1,600 sq ft home is otherwise furnished and includes in-unit laundry, central AC/heating, driveway parking, garage storage, and ample guest street parking. There’s also a small backyard with gardening space. The house is a 5–10 minute walk to Safeway and a 12-minute bike ride to downtown Mountain View.

We’re hoping to find a female housemate interested in a 12-month lease through August 31, 2027. We’re looking for someone clean, respectful, communicative, and thoughtful about shared living. Occasional guests and small gatherings are welcome with advance notice.
