$1,600 Room in a 4-Bedroom House (mountain view)

I'm moving out of the area and looking for someone to take my room. The room is about 130 sqft, has a closet with shelves, a bed, a desk, and a nightstand. Bathroom is shared with 1 other person. We have a nice living room area, great kitchen, housewide AC/heating, washer and dryer, street parking, small patio, shared closet. It's a 15 minute walk to downtown Mountain View and several parks. Easy access to 101, 85, 237.

3 other roommates (not counting myself) live in the house, all male, 20s/30s, working in tech. The vibe is friendly and respectful: we value personal space, but we are all friends and sometimes do shared activities like movies or eating out.

Looking for someone who fits the house vibe, is clean and easy to live with. We do cleaning ourselves and don't hire a cleaner. Overnight guests are welcome, just no long-term stays. No smoking, no pets.

The lease is joint and is now month-to-month. Landlord will do a background check, in my case it took 1 day.

$1600/mo + utilities around $100/mo + deposit $2400. Let's target around May 16th for the move-in.
