In December, my last roommate moved out, so a private room now is available in my in-law apartment! It is located very close to Google in a green and family-friendly neighborhood. It takes less than 10 minutes by car to downtown MV and 1 minute to access 101. The room is approximately 14 m² / 150 sqf in size with high ceilings and
its own bathroom. There is a nice outdoor area, and you can also rent a parking space in front of the house. Additionally, there is a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, guest toilet, and a spacious living area with a kitchen.

The costs amount to about $1750, including utilities.
